- All OB♦C professionals are kept fully apprised of the client’s interests and activities and meet regularly internally to review progress on client objectives. Information and intelligence acquired by the firm or individual professionals is shared with all professionals.
- All professionals assume equal responsibility for achieving the clients' goals, applying their unique policy expertise, political associations, and professional experiences to each engagement.
- All OB♦C professionals develop and maintain close, working relationships with those individuals and agencies identified by the client as key decision-makers.
- All OB♦C professionals perform tasks for the client based on the mutual OB♦C and client assessments of professional strengths among both OB♦C and the client’s own professional resources.
- OB♦C maintains minimal billing procedures, does not invoice for normal business expenses and does not track professional time in order to provide its professionals with the greatest latitude to meet client needs. All the firm’s professionals are available to the client on a need basis, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
- OB♦C professionals maintain active relationships in the national public policy and political communities, enabling them to build and/or participate in coalitions and alliances, allocate resources, target audiences, achieve consensus on strategy and tactics, and share information critical to the successful execution of the client’s objectives.
